Big Idea and Rationale:
 Our big idea for Universal UK's Employee Celebration is to create a visually captivating and interactive experience that sparks excitement and celebrates the vibrant energy of music. We aim to cultivate a sense of unity and joy among Universal Music staff by highlighting their shared passion for creativity and music. The campaign will focus on simplicity, colorfulness, and interactivity to engage employees and make them feel appreciated and connected.
Initial Thinking:
 Our initial concept revolves around the theme of vibrant energy and excitement. We envision using colorful spotlights projecting the "UMUSIC" words, set against a colorful background to create a visually striking contrast. Incorporating music notes in colorful bubbles and bubble letters will add a playful and dynamic touch to the design. Additionally, we propose incorporating silhouettes of people dancing to the beat of the music, further emphasizing the lively atmosphere of the event.
Brand Research: 
We conducted thorough research into Universal Music's brand identity and culture to ensure alignment with the company's values and objectives. We discovered that Universal Music is known for its innovation, creativity, and passion for music. Leveraging this insight, we crafted a visual identity that reflects these attributes while also resonating with the diverse and dynamic nature of the Universal Music staff.

Audience Engagement: 
To engage Universal Music staff, we propose incorporating interactive elements into the campaign. QR codes placed on posters and promotional materials will link to curated playlists by EmployEyes employees, allowing employees to share their favorite music and musical experiences with colleagues. Additionally, we suggest hosting music trivia quizzes related to the company's culture, further fostering a sense of camaraderie and connection through music.
Event Name:
 We propose rebranding the event as "Ulead: The Innovators Music Festival." This name reflects Universal Music's innovative spirit and celebrates the company's role as leaders in the music industry.
Final Deliverables:
Poster designs featuring colorful spotlights projecting UMUSIC words and the integration of Virtual reality within the initimate concert.
Brand identity encompassing email invites, in-venue branding, and digital touchpoints.
